Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the platform: your username, full name, email, and phone number. For organizers, we also collect the bank details you provide for payouts. We also collect device info (push tokens) and security logs (IP addresses, login attempts) to prevent fraud.

To deliver your tickets, contact you about orders, secure your account, send notifications you opted into, and block abuse.

We do not sell your data. We use:

• Paystack (secure payments).
• Supabase (database and image hosting).
• Brevo (transactional emails).
• Expo (push notifications).
• Sentry (error monitoring).
• Upstash (rate limiting).
• Vercel (hosting).

We do not use your data to train AI models.

You can request data deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Passwords are hashed, sessions expire, and data is encrypted in transit.
