All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the organizer cancels. RockTixs is a platform, not the event organizer; we are not responsible for event quality or safety. Prices include our service fee.

You must create an account and verify your email to purchase a ticket.

Organizers must provide accurate event details. All events require admin approval. Fraudulent events will be removed.

Each ticket has a unique, one-time-use QR code. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

You must be 18+ to use the platform, or have explicit parental consent. Organizers must be 18+ with no exceptions.

Do not probe, scrape, or attempt to bypass our security. We will ban abusers.

We are not liable for injuries, losses, or incidents at events. We only connect buyers and organizers.

Governed by the laws of Nigeria.
